Klar wie ein Bergkristall. Klar und doch voller inneren Strukturen. Einzigartig. Faszinierend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit einem Jahr befasse ich mich intensiver mit dem Thema der Wahrnehmung. Ich bin in einem \u00dcbungs-Zirkel, geleitet von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simone-senn.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Simone Senn<\/a>. Mit verschiedenen Techniken und \u00dcbungen werden die Hellsinne und damit die Sensitivit\u00e4t und Medialit\u00e4t trainiert. Es gibt Tage, da kommt die Stimme des Zweifels in mir hoch und an anderen Zirkeltagen bin ich so sehr verbunden, dass mir die \u00dcbungen leicht fallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Befassen mit den Hellsinnen und das gegenseitige \u00dcben wirkt sich auch sehr auf mein eigenes Wachstum und auf mein pers\u00f6nliches Bewusstsein aus. So viel Heilung kann dabei geschehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simone ist schon seit einigen Jahren meine spirituelle Lehrerin. Dank ihrer sehr achtsamen Arbeit w\u00e4hrend ihren Kursen und Meditationen konnte ich schon so viele meiner inneren Wunden und Narben transformieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja, mein innerer Ruf wird laut und lauter. Februar 2023 haben wohl viele von Euch auch sehen k\u00f6nnen. Rot-orange-violett. In der Chakra-Lehre wird das Rot dem Wurzel-Chakra, das Orange dem Sakral-Chakra und das violett dem Scheitelchakra zugeordnet. Wie wundervoll, das Oben und das Unten gleichzeitig und verbunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja auf dem Bild ist ein Kran zu sehen. Den kritischen Betrachter k\u00f6nnte das als st\u00f6rendes Element empfinden. In meinem Fall f\u00fchle ich das ganz anders. F\u00fcr mich steht dieser Kran daf\u00fcr, dass meine neuen Angebote noch in der Entstehungsphase sind.
